We are a specialist gym maintenance company that has been created by us, Darren and Lucy Andrews. We have over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. During this time, we have identified that a great many gyms aren’t maintained to the optimum level that they should be. In today’s compensation culture this has given major issues to good people and companies. Our mission is to put this right and protect our clients from such problems in the future. Our Services Include...
I manage the Sports Centre at EDC. We have used Ultimate fitness to maintain our machines for the last four years. We report a fault and an engineer comes out within 24 hours. The machine is repaired on site, or if a part is required Ultimate Fitness will source what is needed and come back to repair the machine. We are very happy with the service we receive it is a reliable and friendly.
Our Sports & Social Club has been dealing with Ultimate Fitness for over 10 years. As soon as we contact Ultimate Fitness regarding a machine breakdown, they come out within 48 hours at the latest, quite often 24 hours. They are always up front with you about what parts are required to fix machines and how much it will cost. Ultimate Fitness also source replacement machines for us, brand new and reconditioned. I would highly recommend using Ultimate Fitness to service, maintain and source all items of gym equipment, as it takes the pressure off you knowing this is in capable hands.
